The edge...we all find it at some point. The more adventurous find themselves staring over the precipice with uncomfortable familiarity. Some choose to shy away, overwhelmed by a gnawing sensation that overshadows any curiosity to see what is there. And some curb the instinct to flee, urged on by a burning desire to see how far they can go, how far they can push themselves. It’s a battle, the heart versus the head, feeling versus logic, the winner is decided by the thinnest of margins and the loser facing the inevitable regret of years to come.

If you look carefully you will see a Gaucho herding cattle along the hilltop. The Gaucho culture is typically associated with Argentina but they also have a strong presence in Uruguay and the South of Brazil. Migratory horsemen adept at cattle work, the Gaucho way of life is largely extinct now, living on in but a few and more commonly in popular literature, the way of the outlaw has fallen into folk law and stories.
